Descaling nozzles

Descaling is the scale removal process from the steel at very high temperatures. This process requires blade nozzles that work at high-pressure, in many cases until 600 bar.

Effective descaling is closely linked to the consistency of performance of the nozzles installed on the feed manifold.
For this reason, it is important to extend the useful life of the nozzles, delaying the need for replacement due to the deterioration of their performance.
