Our history

1968

PNR Italia was founded as a company that sells parts and components of fire protection systems. The company's headquarters and sales offices were located in Milan. At that time, it was only a commercial unit without manufacturing facilities.

1973

New shareholders joined the first owners. The first manufacturing activities started in a workshop in Milan.

1984

The headquarters and offices are moved to Via Gandini 2 in Voghera in a building that includes the offices, the factory, and the warehouse.

1991

A new building is constructed next to the first, increasing the covered space dedicated to manufacturing from 1.000 m2 to 2,500 m2.

1999

A new adjacent ground was bought, and the total surface was increased from the initial 6,000 m2 to 20,000 m2, where a new manufacturing facility was built. The new plant enclosed production halls, offices, stores, labs and a testing area.

2004

The property is increased with the purchase of new land, increasing the covered space from 2,500 m2 to 6,000 m2.

2018

On 15 June 2018 PNR Italy turned 50 with a celebratory event aimed at employees, family members, customers, suppliers.

2019

A fourth hall is built with new machines and new offices for the sales and technical departments.

2024

PNR Italy announces its acquisition by the Tecomec Group, a subsidiary of the Emak Group.
PNR Company is born.
