PNR Italia S.r.l. operates in the metalworking sector, producing and selling directly or through distributors: spray nozzles and complete systems based on liquid atomization technology for the chemical, food, and metallurgical industries, as well as for fire protection systems, fume and dust suppression, and more.
The production process involves the following main stages:
- PURCHASING RAW MATERIALS from qualified suppliers.
- RECEIPT AND WAREHOUSING OF RAW MATERIALS: Materials are stored in designated areas based on their nature, ensuring proper handling and safeguarding workers’ health and safety. Only trained personnel handle materials during processing.
- MACHINING AND FINISHING OPERATIONS: Machines process materials using tools cooled by emulsified oils. Semi-finished products are stored and later retrieved for finishing.
- ASSEMBLY AND MARKING: Some products are completed by assembling components either manufactured in-house or sourced from qualified suppliers. Each product is marked to indicate its specifications.
- QUALITY CONTROL: Tests are performed during and after production to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- SHIPPING: Finished products are stored, packaged, and prepared for final shipment.
Work is conducted at the Voghera facility, which is equipped with appropriate work areas, climate control, safety signage, and defined paths for the movement of people and vehicles.
