HOLLOW CONE NOZZLES – MOULDED PLASTIC NOZZLES

PN PO PS hollow cone nozzle are made by plastic moulding, offer a high chemical resistance and low prices. They are tangential nozzles and produce a hollow cone spray of atomized droplets. They have a significant free passage and no swirling vane inside their body, so they are highly clog-resistant.
PN PO PS hollow cone nozzle is efficient, cost-effective and widely used in many processing lines. Moreover, they can be easily assembled in large quantities onto pipe manifolds.

PNR Italia is introducing its classic products made of MDT (magnetically detectable thermoplastics) and PPH (polypropylene homopolymer, homopolymer polypropylene) to the market. MDT compounds are created to be detected by any detector, even when present in tiny parts, making them suitable for metal replacement. Unlike compounds loaded with ferromagnetic powders, MDT compounds are traceable to all metal detectors on the market (both fixed and balanced coils). In addition, MDT compounds do not contain steel fibres or metal powders, carbon, graphite, or carbon-black fibres.
MDT products are suitable for contact with food and are produced in dark blue to be better identified under any circumstances.
