Air Atomizers

An air Atomizer is a device capable of atomizing the liquid through a gas.
The atomization of a liquid using a compressible fluid such as air, steam, or gas is defined as a two-phase, double fluid, or pneumatic atomization.

The advantage of air atomizers lies in their ability to atomize liquids in extremely fine drops to meet the needs of the most sophisticated applications.
On the other hand, however, it has a greater tendency to occlusion: we suggest using filtered air and water. In addition, due to the high speed of the atomized jet, it is not possible to get wide spray angles using pneumatic atomizers. To overcome this drawback, atomizers with multiple orifices are used to guarantee a spatial distribution of the jet.
