Full cone nozzles

Full cone nozzles generate a jet whose shape resembles a full cone . The spray pattern of a full cone nozzle consists of droplets distributed within a conical volume with the nozzle orifice as a vertex.

There are many possible applications in all areas: washing, cooling, desulphurization, washing of parts, pretreatment in painting processes, tank washing, gas cooling, and chemical spraying, just to name a few.

There are also many types of full cone nozzles: spiral, with or without swirl, cluster, low, medium, or high flow, tangential, or axial.
