Static Cleaning Nozzles

Static spray balls do not rotate. It’s the simplest tank washing device, typically used in thousands of industries for its reliability. The low impact value of their jets, with the high water flow rates required, restricts their use to small tanks and to processes where easily soluble liquids must be removed, non-viscous, or of poor adhesiveness.

The main advantage of static spray balls is their inherent durability, on the other hand, their impact is limited.
We suggest using them in tanks whose diameter does not exceed 3.5 meters and the recommended operating pressures are 1-10 BAR.
