ATEX | European Directive 2014/34/EU

DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY
The following tank cleaning nozzles are available in an ATEX-compliant version (“Atmosphères Explosibles”), in accordance with European Directive 2014/34/EU, which defines essential safety requirements for equipment and protective systems intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres: UBA, UBC, UBC-M, UBD, UBD-S, UBF, UBF-A, UBF-S, UBT.

FCMs Certification (Food Contact Materials)

DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY PNR Italia has set up and dedicated an entire part of its company to manufacturing products in compliance with Food Contact Materials (FCMs) declaration, per Framework Regulation 1935/2004 and Regulation 2023/2006. This includes a dedicated warehouse and specialized machinery.
Products made exclusively from AISI 316L stainless steel and/or pure PTFE are available upon request in compliance with food contact regulations.

Certificates, declarations of conformity, and test reports upon request

Through our Certification Office, we can issue various certifications, declarations of conformity, or test reports upon customer request.

We also provide custom certifications and tests tailored to specific customer requirements, such as the Free Export Declaration and Dual-Use Classification.

Declaration of material compliance, including non-specific chemical analysis results.

FDA compliance

With this wording, we declare that we only use raw materials that fall on the list of materials approved for contact with foodstuffs, according to FDA regulations. These include AISI 316L, PTFE, PEEK.

Origin Declaration

Declaration of the product's origin.

Inspection Certificate

Issued following dimensional, functional, and visual testing.

PMI Test Report (Positive Material Identification)

Report on chemical material analysis performed using an X-ray fluorescence (XRF) analyzer.

Surface Roughness Certificate

Issued based on instrumental analysis, applicable only to technically feasible external surfaces.

Quality control instrumentation

Our Quality Department is equipped with advanced instrumentation to ensure compliance with our product standards.

Automated Dimensional Measurement System

One of the key instruments in our laboratory is an automated dimensional measurement system based on image processing. Conventional dimensional measurements can be slow, complex, imprecise, and operator-dependent.

This high-precision system is programmable to instantly detect key dimensions, automatically adjusting to the position and orientation of the part under inspection. It can also measure multiple parts simultaneously, significantly reducing inspection time.
