Customised projects require advanced instrumentation and a highly specialised research and development team.

3D Printing

In the design and prototyping phase, 3D printing is an excellent tool at our disposal. It saves time, money and above all cuts waste by reducing the material to produce a part.

We use this technology for the prototyping phase, for moulding parts whose traditional machining would be difficult and expensive.

We have two types of Additive Manufacturing, i.e. the industrial process used to manufacture objects from 3D computer models: Nylon powder sintering or liquid resin moulding.

Automation

We developed a robotic island capable of selecting, orienting parts to be assembled, assembling (small full cone nozzles), check, mark and finally envelope. The system is totally flexible due to the easy adaptation to different products by simply changing the dimensional parameters in the control software.

Computational fluid dynamics simulations | CFD

Our dedicated Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulation department enables us to continuously improve the products and systems we design.
