In the food sector, at every stage of product processing, we must be sure to avoid any type of contamination, of any origin, and the absence of pollutants is fundamental. Furthermore, there are many regulations that ensure the quality of the final product.
To prevent food producers from having any kind of problem from this point of view, PNR Italia is introducing its classic products (nozzles, washing heads, clamps) made of MDT material (magnetically detectable thermoplastics), and specifically PPh (polypropylene homopolymer). MDT compounds are created to be detected by any type of detector, even when present in very small parts, making them suitable for metal substitution.
