Tri-clamp fitting

Dplus

What is it?
This type of connection consists of a gasket compressed between two tri-clamp ferrules or flanges, which are mechanically compressed in place with a clamp.

Advantages of the tri-clamp fitting
The tri-clamp fitting guarantees a safe, uniform, and smooth union of the parts and consequent ease of cleaning and minimum risk of residues that can affect the quality of the product.

Applications of the tri-clamp connection
The tri-clamp connection is often used in systems where it is essential to comply with sanitary standards.

316L stainless steel

Dplus

What is it?
Stainless steels are metal alloys that are corrosion-resistant by nature. In its low carbon content, AISI 316L stainless steel differs from AISI 316 stainless steel. Specifically, the amount of carbon present in AISI 316L stainless steel must be ≤ 0.03, while AISI 316 stainless steel must be ≤ 0.07.

Advantages of 316L stainless steel
This material is highly resistant to corrosion. It does not alter the filtered liquid’s color, smell, and taste and is resistant to very high and shallow temperatures.
The quality/price ratio is highly advantageous, thanks to the long operating life of the filter made of 316L stainless steel.

Applications of the VEM 316 stainless steel strainer
The stainless steel corrosion resistance allows using the VEM filter in saline environments and marine areas, in environments with a high concentration of chemical substances, and in general where adverse operating conditions occur.
