The Spraylab group companies are recognized as approved suppliers
SDM Antincendio and PNR Italia, companies of the Spraylab group, have been recognized as approved suppliers for the Santa Lucia motorway tunnel fire protection system.
The work is part of the new section between Barberino and Florence North for a total of 17.5 kilometers with two viaducts, two tunnels that constitute a natural continuation of the A1 Milan-Naples variant of the Valico.
With its 7.8 km route, the Santa Lucia Gallery is the longest three-lane tunnel in Europe. The work can reduce travel time by 30%, with an overall saving of 1.5 million hours per year for the benefit of motorists.
After years of studies, laboratory tests, and having invented a revolutionary patented nozzle explicitly designed for such applications , we are proud to announce that our products are installed inside the Santa Lucia tunnel.
The Spraylab Group has identified the market for fire protection systems in motorway tunnels as one of the most promising shortly, investing in developing advanced solutions for such systems.
