DISK NOZZLE PIPE CLAMP

ZPH pipe clamps are specially designed for the quick and easy assembly of disc nozzles onto manifolds. These clamps are very convenient as there’s no need to buy expensive nipples either threaded or welded.

Just drill a 19 mm hole on the pipe, insert the clamp into it and screw it on.

The design allows to position the nozzles with a 5° offset angle assuring a proper jet orientation to avoid jets interference, and has been tought for spray manifolds cleaning steel or fabric belt conveyors on mud dewatering machines.
